Log in to your ADRIAN KSA account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Prepare the Package
Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Place the items back in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the package from your doorstep at no additional cost for the first return.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality assurance team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit within 7 to 10 business days.
